I had promised myself in my previous post, that the next time I write, I'm gonna be happier... :) well there you go, here I am!!! Dec 21st, 2009. Big day for me. Today was my FIRST DAY @ WORK!!! After two long years!! Am I Happy? You bet I am!!! I have waited for this day since Dec 1st 2007... thats like, two years, and 21 days!!
After three months of virtually "selling" myself to God-knows-how-many companies, today, I can proudly say, that I am an Employee of one of the biggest IT companies in India. Name, you guess :). Could be Infy, Wipro, Patni, CTS, anything. I am a Sr. Software Engineer from today. :)
Had a very good day today, but somewhere, in my heart, I craved for Viju to be by my side. I so wanted him to be with me today, gimme a hug, and wish me all the best, and wait for me when I came home from work... Well, none of that happened, so kinda felt like a void inside of me. Not that I expected any of it, coz I know its practically impossible... but the heart craves..."Dil hai ke maanta nahin" :)
